This year try the “Sea-Way,” which includes 13 rye, dry vermouth, chicory, and crème de cacao, for a well-balanced, chocolatey spiced liquid cruise. You can also get a cup of their seasonal Hootchy Cider Punch, which gets their housemade bitters and a homemade version of Amer Picon bitter orange liqueur (they call it Amer Ticon), along with French cidre. It’s a festive overture of fall refreshment.
