I was rescued from a hoarding situation and was not in great shape. I had heartworm, skin infections, bite wounds, was very scared, and overall didn't feel very well. I have come a long way and am feeling much better, though I still have itchy skin and am slowly coming out of my shell. My doctors say I have allergies and my future parent(s) will continue helping me not be so itchy! I'm very sweet and enjoy being outside in nature. My foster parents take me on hikes, and I enjoy them very much! I am great at riding in the car. I'm pretty scared of crowds and busy places and also get scared of anything very loud or sudden, so a home without children or hyper dogs would be best, at least at this point in my progress. My foster parents have a cat, and that's fine with me! It may take me a little while to really come out of my shell, but I know I will find somebody who will love me for me and be patient with me as I continue learning to trust humans. The 5K Walk for the Animals - Saving & Celebrating Georgia's Pets is Atlanta Humane Society's largest fundraising event and all net proceeds will help save the lives of Atlanta's homeless animals.
